Job Title: Billing Clerk

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our Corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and finalizing all new and used vehicle deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all new and used vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed and accurate.
  • Review and verify Buyer's Order down payment to ensure it matches the funds received.
  • Pull and submit policies as required.
  • Review and verify costing sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Calculate and set up salesman commissions on Reynolds.
  • Process remaining payments and commissions.
  • Participate in ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of experience in a similar function.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software.
