Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Spare Time Entertainment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, determine their needs, and provide start-up instructions as necessary.
- Phone and In-Person Support: Answer guest inquiries over the phone and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Communication and Promotion: Inform guests of upcoming promotions, specials, and events, promoting a positive experience.
- Operational Tasks: Confidently operate the POS System, making accurate transactions, collecting payments, returning change, and printing reports or scores.
- Inventory Management: Manage lane inventory and assist with lane turnover tasks, maintaining a sanitary and organized area.
- Crew Communication: Communicate effectively with pit crews, operate call buttons, relay information, log calls, and check response time.
- Vending Machine Maintenance: Perform various duties related to vending machines, including removing, counting, and recording vending money, restocking items, etc.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties as required, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor guests for rule violations and report any company violations to management.
This role requires working with large crowds and children, and the noise level can be loud with lighting effects such as lasers and strobes.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands of this role include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting 50 pounds, and frequent weekend work.
