Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Driver Leader to join our team and execute daily initiatives with a focus on driver satisfaction and customer-centricity. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising driver performance, addressing issues, and promoting safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise driver performance according to company policies, DOT regulations, and other federally or locally mandated rules and guidelines.
  • Directly supervise multiple drivers at any given time, providing support and training as needed.
  • Ensure driver satisfaction and address any issues or disputes in a timely manner.
  • Manage driver capacity and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company performance objectives and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Communicate service deviations to customer service and address any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a driver or customer-facing role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
