Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at New Way Trucks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our parts inventory, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and meets customer needs. You will also work closely with our sales and logistics teams to develop strategies for increasing parts sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience in using software systems to track and analyze inventory data. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is approximately $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other external sources to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management and logistics
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
