Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist guests in locating merchandise, offering proactive assistance and suggestive selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow sales associates, supervisors, and stadium management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Follow established procedures for time and attendance, taking assigned meal breaks, and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand instructions from supervisor(s) and stadium management.
  • Flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
