Job Overview:
Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a skilled Bodily Injury Claims Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing claims related to homeowner, commercial, or auto liability, with a preference for those with litigation experience.


The successful applicant will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in managing and negotiating claims effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into all facets of bodily injury claims, including coverage, damages, subrogation, and litigation, exercising discretion and independence within an elevated level of authority.
  • Utilize a solid understanding of insurance policies and organizational dynamics to inform decision-making.
  • Assess potential subrogation or fraud risks and determine appropriate handling strategies.
  • Identify and address customer needs with exceptional service skills.
  • Recognize vehicle components and understand potential property damage implications.
  • Collaborate with designated representatives in cases involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.
Functional Skills:
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on global case management.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to recognize issues from various sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
