In the role of Breakfast Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily setup of our breakfast buffet, ensuring that all food items such as fruits, pastries, cereals, and breads are plentiful and appealing. After service, you will also assist in the breakdown and cleaning of the buffet area.

Your responsibilities will include refilling coffee and other beverages as requested, as well as clearing away used dishes and utensils.

Candidates should possess a passion for customer service. Previous experience in the food service sector is advantageous. Join us if you enjoy interacting with guests and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize service areas, beverage stations, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare the breakfast buffet, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh and appealing food items throughout the service period.
  • Assist guests with their food and beverage selections while dining, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area by tidying tables, chairs, and the buffet counter, and disposing of waste as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with guests and team members.
