Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Participate in daily yield management meetings to optimize room sales and revenue.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • College degree in Hotel Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or better in Hospitality and Resort Management or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a brand hotel.
