Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet the needs of each customer
  • Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers to drive sales growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
  • Monitor progress and adjust direction to maximize sales performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a specialty product sales force
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products in CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas
  • Documented successful sales performance and national sales awards
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically to meet with customers and internal personnel
