Job Summary

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity that requires strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and execute build requirements from approved prints and other work instructions.
  • Operate various equipment, machines, and tools to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform accurate measurements of facility product line components and assemblies.
  • Elevate safety, quality, and manufacturing issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within job constraints.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, stand for entire shift, bend, squat, twist, and turn.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames.
  • Ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results.
  • Ability to establish processes for activities that lead to implementation of systems, procedures, or outcomes.
  • Ability to organize and motivate people to accomplish goals while creating a sense of order and direction.
