Job Summary

Cirrus Design Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our warehouse operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and aircraft parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack, examine, count, and label incoming materials
  • Record receipts and report discrepancies
  • Compare and match paperwork with purchase orders
  • Transport goods and utilize material handling equipment and vehicles
  • Perform receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent damage or deterioration
  • Obtain and prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer base
  • Maintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closing
  • Support all facility regulatory and safety codes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver's license a must
  • Aviation related technical degrees preferred, not required
  • Warehouse operations experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to operate and utilize handheld inventory management scanner required
  • Ability to operate computers with the Windows operating system
