Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Cirrus Design Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of aircraft parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack, examine, count, and label incoming materials
  • Record receipts and report discrepancies
  • Transport goods and utilize material handling equipment and vehicles
  • Perform receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent damage or deterioration
  • Maintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closing
  • Support all facility regulatory and safety codes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Warehouse operations experience preferred
  • Ability to operate handheld inventory management scanner and computers with Windows operating system
  • Able to pass background check to obtain ATF Federal license/permit and DAA ramp badge
