CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Core Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency, managing customer records, and facilitating customer transactions. Your primary focus will be on in-store sales, telephone sales, direct marketing, and processing renewal payments. You will also be instrumental in ensuring the showroom floor is well-maintained and reflects a positive store image.

Reporting Structure

You will report directly to the General Manager or the Sales Manager under the guidance of the General Manager.

Main Duties

  • Process payments from existing customers
  • Handle order forms and related documentation
  • Enter new customer information into the store's computer system for lease agreements
  • Update customer records and account statuses in the store's database
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Organize and maintain customer files and records
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor
  • Address customer service issues promptly, escalating them to the Sales Manager as necessary
  • Ensure the customer transaction counter is tidy and organized
  • Contribute to showroom maintenance through cleaning, organizing, merchandising, and pricing tasks as directed by management
  • Conduct phone solicitation and mail campaigns for marketing purposes
Qualifications:

  • High energy, professional demeanor, proficient computer skills, and proven sales ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and general product knowledge
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Position requires physical activity including lifting, loading, and using a dolly for merchandise
  • Professional and polished appearance
