Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist Facilitator to join our team. As a Speech Therapist Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support students in a virtual therapy session by bringing them to a designated room and logging onto the computer.
- Provide technical support to the virtual therapist throughout the session.
- Maintain classroom policies and assist students with emotional support, guidance, and proper examples.
- Monitor students as directed and confer with teachers to develop programs and materials that meet student needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children and their parents.
- Self-motivation and patience with a willingness to problem-solve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
