Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Health In Mind LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work independently in a virtual or office setting, providing high-quality therapy services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 appointments per week, providing individualized therapy sessions to clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, providing crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  • Prepare assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LCP) or near licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills, with the ability to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
