We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Ascension St. John Medical Center. As a Nurse Care Specialist on our Telemetry Kidney Transplant unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing exceptional care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm, 36 hours per week. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients on our Telemetry Kidney Transplant unit. This includes:

  • Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
  • Monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition as appropriate
  • Serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

The estimated salary for this role is between $64,500 - $83,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation offer will vary based upon role, education, experience, location, and qualifications.
