Vitruvian Health Care System, a leading healthcare provider, seeks an Internal Medicine Associate Program Director to lead our esteemed residency program at Hamilton Medical Center.

Competitive Compensation Package:
$20K signing bonus, $15K relocation assistance, and a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a productivity incentive, quality incentive, optional residency stipend, and potential student loan repayment.

About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled physician leader to join our academic center and contribute to the growth and development of our established residency program. As an Internal Medicine Associate Program Director, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care, teach and mentor residents, and advance our department's mission.

Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Strong leadership and teaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to quality, patient safety, and excellence in clinical care
