Job SummaryWe are looking for part-time individuals to fill open shifts, rotating 2-week schedules. As a Care Partner, you will provide direct care, pass medications, maintain electronic medical records, and work under the direction of the professional nurse and administrative staff.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the job.
- Work complete, scheduled shifts according to posted times.
- Document resident needs and status in electronic medical records, including accidents and injuries.
- Pass medication and complete online charting (training provided).
- Assist with resident personal cares and ADLs with attention to individualized service plans.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including Minnesota's Vulnerable Adult Laws, Resident Bill of Rights, HIPAA policies, and all policies and procedures.
- Assist with outings and activities, resident guest visits, and volunteer-led activities.
- Prepare meals and provide housekeeping services.
We require a High School diploma or Equivalent, and you must be 18 years or older. No prior experience or training is required, but HHA or CNA certification is welcome. You must successfully complete ongoing trainings provided by Rakhma.
To perform the job successfully, you must have reliable transportation and dependable communication methods to ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
Physical DemandsThe employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
