About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care. As a key member of our dental department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat dental/oral problems, developing and implementing treatment plans in accordance with accepted clinical protocols and guidelines.
Evaluate and assess medical history to formulate accurate treatment plans, optimizing patients' general wellbeing and quality of life.
Perform all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative care, oral surgery, endodontic treatment, and fabrication of removable and fixed prosthetics.
Provide limited referrals when complex care is not available at LifeLong Medical Care.
Ensure oral hygiene services, including dental prophylaxis, are carried out for patients.
Develop and update dental programs to improve the dental care of our patients as needed.
Work as a team member, providing smooth flow of dental care to patients and contributing to staff development and building a cohesive team.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS/DMD or equivalent) required.
Completion of an accredited general practice residency or AEGD program preferred.
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of CA required.
DEA registrations, current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, and ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English required, with effective oral communication skills in other languages preferred.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range of $153,000-$160,000/year, DOE.
