Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to promote Apple's products and services, with a focus on technology and IT security.
  • Partner with product marketing and other stakeholders to develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage crisis communication issues, with a focus on managing a message within an hourly news cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement PR programs that align with Apple's business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on PR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on technology and IT security.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of Apple's products and services, as well as the company's values and mission.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
