Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Technology Project Coordinator to support our Data Analytics Team. This role is primarily remote, with potential for a hybrid work model in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organization, leadership, and management of office operations.
  • Engage with Senior Management to establish office priorities.
  • Assign project tasks effectively.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout project execution.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Over 5 years of experience in project management or related roles within IT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
  • Experience in K–12 education is a plus but not mandatory.

Essential Skills:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience with Azure SQL Instance and SQL Server scripting.
  • Understanding of data modeling and Data Warehousing principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
