Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and responding to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Offer product recommendations and provide information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Operate cash registers and assist customers with self-service checkout lanes.
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare fresh food items, such as salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and producing.
  • Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom inventory.
  • Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
