Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the store to support business needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety, including the refilling of essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
  • Participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store.
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks at one time and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
