Job Title: Client Manager

About the Role:

The Client Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and report on project progress and client feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
