We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in adult outpatient and acute care settings, providing one-on-one therapies tailored to meet individual needs. Our state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies will support your work, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in adult outpatient and acute care settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and advances in physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Limited Permit as per New York State Practice Act for Physical Therapists
- New York State Physical Therapist License within one year of hire
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy practices
- Experience with adult acute care and surgical protocols
- Experience in ICU settings
- Cardio-pulmonary experience
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
