Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills, as well as cognitive and physical function
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with patients with complex neurological and physical conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field
