Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Counterparts Coordinator to join our team at Midwestern Auto Group (MAG). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and processing of auto parts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - 90,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of auto parts
  • Manage inventory levels and control stock
  • Notify customers of part arrival and any issues with orders
  • Process accessories and shelving them
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping
  • Separate orders for each dealership
  • Process warranty scrap
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with auto parts sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
