About LC Lash & Brow Bar

We are a leading brow, lash and skincare salon in Doylestown, PA, seeking an experienced Esthetician/Lash Technician to join our team.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes hourly pay plus commission. As a full-time or part-time employee, you will receive liability insurance, W2 employment status, and access to in-house training and continuing education opportunities.

Job Description

As an Esthetician/Lash Technician at LC Lash & Brow Bar, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing spa services such as facials, microdermabrasion, peels, brow wax and tint, brow lamination, henna brow tint, lash lift and tint, semi-permanent makeup, and eyelash extensions.
  • Achieving esthetics and retail sales goals as outlined by management.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, being punctual, and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

You will also be responsible for attending required training sessions and contributing to the growth and success of our salon through social media presence.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid esthetician license.
  • Eyelash extension experience is a must.
  • Ability to perform brow tints, waxing, laminations, lifts and tints, and facials.
  • Previous customer service experience.
