Esthetician/Lash Technician

LC Lash & Brow Bar is seeking full-time esthetician/lash artist looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. As a leader in the brow, lash & skincare industry we are seeking a candidate that is willing to work at least 30 hours a week. We are open Tuesday through Saturday with appointment-only availability Mondays. Eyelash extension experience is a must We are an independently owned and operated luxury lash and brow bar located in Doylestown, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Esthetician/Lash Artist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Spa Management.
• Leads with a positive & professional attitude.
• Increase clientele by engaging and posting on social media.
• Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff & Spa Management.
• Performs services on clients.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
• Attends all required training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed esthetician.
• Eyelash extension experience a Must.
• Able to perform brow tints, brow waxing, brow laminations, lash lifts & tints, and facials.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
