Work Schedule
This is an hourly, non-exempt, position. Benefits eligible if working 30 or more hours per week. PTO eligible if working 35 or more hours per week. ESOP benefits upon meeting plan entry requirements.

Schedule
Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling. Morning, afternoon and every other weekend available.

Requirements
A DSS must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSS you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate crisis situations effectively. A DSS must also be able to work without direct supervision.

Possess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check. Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies. Meet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description and physical assessment form. Able to read and write in English. Able to document information electronically. Prior experience or training not required, but desirable.
