About the Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Medical Care Professional to join our team at Mankato Clinic Ltd. This role involves caring for patients with compassion and respect, ensuring our clinics are a welcoming and healing place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining efficient daily operations, following a daily schedule, and communicating updates as needed.
  • Performing core nursing functions as required, including documenting patient data in Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Administering medications and immunizations accurately, distributing educational materials, and observing patients for reactions.
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements
  • A current LPN license or a degree/diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant Program; or certification from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to utilize computer systems for daily work.
  • Patient-centered, accountable, team-oriented, integrity-driven, and excellence-focused individual.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA) or registration (RMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Part-time schedule: 72 hours/pay period, Monday-Friday, between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
