Job Summary

Plasma-Therm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative, Spare Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Division, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual part sales top-line budget through effective collaboration with Sales, TechSupport, and Aftermarket teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Order Processing
    • Generate quotes following approved pricing guidelines
    • Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Enter customer orders, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Release customer orders, ensuring seamless interaction with Plasma-Therm
  • Customer Relationship Development
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key customers and representatives
  • Financial Performance
    • Meet or exceed established Parts group financial targets
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify gaps and potential improvements within departmental business processes
    • Suggest and implement business process improvements
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Resolve invoice issues between accounting and customers
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of customer service or related experience dealing with customers
Skills and Abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function, including ERP systems, MS Office, Salesforce, and Atlassian products
  • Ability to develop and track project schedules and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism
