Vanderburgh County CASA is dedicated to creating a secure environment for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, equipping them with essential resources and opportunities for success.
We are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will oversee the comprehensive management of the organization and all facets of its operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and upkeep of resources
- Financial oversight, including daily operations, fundraising initiatives, grant writing, budget management, and strategic funding plans.
- Management of personnel
- Strategic planning for the agency and its programs
- Public and community relations
- Ensure compliance with state and national CASA standards.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for the Board of Directors
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, public administration, social work, psychology, or related fields
- A minimum of three years of experience in managing volunteer, nonprofit, or public service organizations
- Previous supervisory and recruitment experience with both volunteers and staff
- Proficient in financial management, resource development, program planning, public relations, and effective communication
