About the Role:

  • Create an environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork among nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor and develop the skills and knowledge of junior staff members to enhance their professional growth.
  • Lead unit-based committees and participate in hospital-wide shared governance activities to improve patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address patient safety concerns and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Two years' clinical nursing experience with progressive leadership skills.
  • RN licensure in Texas State or Compact State.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum based on location and experience.
