Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years in facilities systems management
  • Experience in environmental compliance
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, particularly large chilled water setups
  • Understanding of water chemical treatment processes and predictive maintenance technologies
  • Technical expertise in various systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, and electrical distribution
