Customer Support Specialist

WES is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service through live chat channels while assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in administrative tasks is preferred with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
