Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

About the Company:

Sound Oil Plc is a dynamic company looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Compensation & Benefits administration procedures to support the needs of the HR Department.
  • Assist in the collation of HR monthly and quarterly reports for management and staff.
  • Researching and developing new ways of presenting HR reports to enable timely and accurate reporting to the business.

Requirements:

You will need a solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
