E-Commerce / Social Media Admin Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-Commerce / Social Media Admin to manage our online presence and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Manage and update our e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless online sales and customer engagement.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Monitor customer inquiries via social media and online sales channels, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging social media content featuring new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Data Analysis: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and customer engagement, using Microsoft Excel.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory representation on all online platforms.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Implement and monitor targeted social media campaigns to promote special offers and events.
  • Marketing Strategy Optimization: Analyze online sales and social media data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Digital Promotions: Assist with digital promotional activities, including vehicle launches and seasonal sales events.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their use in the automotive industry.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment and manage multiple tasks.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Marketing Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in social media management, e-commerce, or automotive marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online dealership tools.
