Key Responsibilities

The Production Staff at Armstrong Group play a vital role in our operations by:

  • Carefully placing sealed individual units into packaging while ensuring the integrity of package sealing.
  • Repackaging items that are improperly sealed or coded.
  • Properly disposing of scrap materials and raw products.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety regulations set forth by federal, state, local, and company policies.
Qualifications and Educational Background

  • Previous experience in food service or production is preferred.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Regularly moving and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Engaging in bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping movements.
  • Possessing good spatial awareness while working around manufacturing equipment.
Work Environment

  • May be exposed to noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, with appropriate protective equipment provided.
