Position Overview
As a vital member of the Trojan Operations Team, this senior-level role encompasses the provision, development, implementation, and leadership of analytical and project management support across all California manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive business analyses to uncover improvement opportunities within California manufacturing operations.
2. Develop PMP Business Cases for both flooded and lithium platforms.
3. Create and assess pricing quotes, while tracking and evaluating operational results.
4. Lead projects and oversee initiatives related to data and cost evaluations, capital project development, and payback analyses.
5. Support the formulation of annual operational plans and continuous process enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and report data to facilitate daily operations and monthly financial reporting activities, comparing against budgeted and targeted outcomes.
- Perform investigative internal audits.
- Generate monthly and ad hoc management reports aligned with operational plans and key initiatives.

Collaboration and Teamwork
- Foster effective teamwork and communication skills to guide the team in achieving performance targets.
- Assist in analyzing operational results in relation to forecasts for multiple California facilities.
- Collaborate on business case development supporting PMP and capital projects.
- Contribute to the analysis and reporting of plant performance metrics.
- Support the Pricing Quotation Process and weekly expense reporting against annual operating plans.

Best Practices and Improvement Initiatives
- Drive and sustain best practices in manufacturing processes, including MRO requisitioning, receiving, inventory controls, and financial reporting.
- Establish strong relationships with plant personnel in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in Plant Rapid Improvement Events (Kaizen) to identify business opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in similar roles within high-volume product manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cost accounting and experience in a standard cost environment is essential.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and lead cross-functional projects.
- Strong business judgment and adaptability to changing business priorities.
