- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is operating efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and services to meet customer demand.
- Facility Management: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the store is well-presented and welcoming to customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
