Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and support to our Behavioral Therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a variety of assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans
  • Monitor progress on goals and make modifications as needed
  • Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists
  • Coordinate with schools, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment
Requirements
  • Board Certification (BCBA)
  • For Massachusetts: Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
