About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Bridging Independent Living Together Inc. in Woburn. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, utilizing ABA strategies to empower those with ASD.

About the Position:

  • Provide in-home direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on fostering independence through community-based skill-building activities.
  • Offer respite care to guardians, allowing them a much-needed break while ensuring their loved ones receive exceptional support.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the family and nurture a positive rapport with the individuals.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of behavior disciplines is crucial for implementing effective strategies and interventions tailored to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Holding an RBT certification or having at least 2+ years of experience as a behavior technician will help you navigate the complexities of ABA practices successfully.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for building positive rapport with clients and their families, ensuring that everyone feels supported and understood.
