Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of complex mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage work performed on systems ranging from small commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems.
  • Administer the company safety program and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Represent the company in project meetings, assist in strategy meetings, etc.
  • Manage the quality of products/systems installed.
  • Manage/Schedule manpower to maintain/improve labor budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing/piping/sheet metal trades and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing projects over $35 million.
  • Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems including installation means/methods from domestic water to medical gas.
  • Thorough knowledge of piping systems including installation means/methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
