Microbiologist Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Technologist to join our team in Northwestern Indiana. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance.

• Perform specialized laboratory procedures with independence and accuracy.
• Train and educate laboratory personnel, contributing to our continuing education program.
• Verify and check documentation of less experienced laboratory personnel, ensuring high-quality results.
• Act as a lead in the absence of a supervisor or manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures as needed.
• Conduct special projects as assigned, utilizing your expertise and skills.

• ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
• Experience in the field is highly preferred
