We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist Technician to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc. in Northwestern Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized laboratory procedures and contribute to the continuing education program.
  • Train and teach laboratory personnel, observing and verifying documentation of less experienced staff.
  • Act as lead in the absence of a supervisor/manager, preparing schedules and drafting procedures.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
  • Experience is highly preferred
