Dialysis Technician Role with Excellent Salary and Benefits

Job Overview:

As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients, providing them with a high level of care and support.
Estimated Salary: Based on the location and requirements of the role, the estimated salary for this position is between $54,000 and $67,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Conduct patient observations, measure and record stats, and set up hemodialysis machines.
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb.
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet.
