Patient Care Technician

At RMA Renal Treatment Centers - Mid Atlantic, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and safe treatment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
