About Kendall Physical Therapy

Kendall Physical Therapy is a rapidly growing local clinic owned and operated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy from UIC. Our mission is to provide high-quality, one-to-one personal physical therapy services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional standards using OptimisPT software.
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or healthcare setting is preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to perform trigger point therapy and other manual therapy techniques. Willingness to learn and possibly become certified in dry needling, cupping therapy, myofascial release, and Graston technique.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop appropriate treatment plans for each patient's unique needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
