We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at Alameda Health System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and ADLs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist and consult with physicians in the performance of procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Clinical Nurse I with AHS or equivalent experience in a comparable setting.
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Preferred certifications: TNCC, CCRN, ACLS, BLS.
